The hotel's location in a quiet neighborhood was perfect. It was very close to the Vaporetto station and within walking distance to the center of the city. The room was clean and authentic, giving a true Venetian atmosphere. The staff was professional, kind, and supportive whenever needed.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the water bus station and within easy reach of popular attractions like the Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square. the hotel provided detailed directions on how to get to the hotel from the airport and train station. Although there were a couple of drawbacks such as limited wifi in the room and the presence of stairs, I would definitely choose to stay here again.
